Which carriers is Truxelo for?

Truxelo is aimed primarily at SME road carriers, especially multi-specialized operations handling several flow types: full loads, pallets, temperature-controlled, ADR, tanker, bulk, Qualimat, washing, seal numbers or specific customer constraints. The core is designed for teams who want to structure operations without deploying a heavy enterprise suite.

Is Truxelo suited to small fleets?

Yes, Truxelo can suit modest fleets if the need is clear: centralize missions, cut down on rekeying, collect proofs faster and prepare invoicing. Our core target is SME carriers, but the value depends mainly on your organization, volumes, business constraints and invoicing lead times.

What is the difference between Truxelo and a legacy TMS?

Legacy TMS solutions are often powerful but designed for heavier organizations, with long deployment projects and higher costs. Truxelo takes a more direct approach: a clear SaaS cockpit, focused on operations, field proofs, invoicing and steering, with progressive rollout for SME carriers.

What is the difference between Truxelo and custom development?

Custom development may look appealing at first, but it forces you to fund design, maintenance, fixes, security, regulatory updates and integrations over time. Truxelo is a standardized SaaS product, maintained and evolving. The goal is not to rebuild a tool for each customer, but to provide a robust core that covers carriers' recurring needs.

Product & operations

What is a TMS software for road carriers?

A TMS (Transport Management System) is a software that helps organize transport operations: creating transport orders, planning, assigning drivers and vehicles, tracking missions, managing documents, delivery proofs and preparing invoicing. Truxelo adds a cockpit logic: connecting the field flow to the back-office flow all the way to the invoice.

What does the Truxelo TMS core cover?

The Truxelo TMS core covers the main operations functions: customer master data, logistic sites, vehicles, drivers, transport orders, planning, missions, documents, proofs, business constraints, PDF invoicing and first steering indicators.

See the Truxelo TMS page

Does Truxelo handle transport planning?

Yes. Truxelo lets you organize missions, assign drivers and vehicles, view transports to plan and track operational progress. Planning is attached to the transport file to avoid scattering between Excel, emails, calls and paper documents.

Does Truxelo replace Excel?

Truxelo does not replace Excel for every use across the company, but it replaces Excel files used as the main transport operations system. The goal is to eliminate double-entries, conflicting versions, missed missions, scattered proofs and invoices prepared too late.

Does Truxelo handle multi-specialized transport?

Yes. Truxelo is designed for multi-specialized SME carriers. The core can integrate business constraints such as returnable pallets, temperature-controlled, ADR, bulk, Qualimat, tanker, washing, seal numbers and specific documents based on the activated scope.

How does Truxelo handle different transport activities?

Truxelo attaches business information to the right transport file: goods, logistic sites, customer constraints, documents, proofs, statuses, reservations and invoicing items. This makes it easier to follow flows that mix several specialties or customer requirements.

Mobility & proofs

How does driver mobility work with Truxelo?

Driver mobility is offered via the Driver Mobility Pack, powered by Drivers by B2P. Missions, statuses, signatures, photos, reservations, e-CMR and field proofs can flow back into Truxelo to complete the transport file and prepare control, archiving and invoicing.

Discover the Driver Mobility Pack

Which application does the driver use?

Drivers use the driver mobility powered by Drivers by B2P. Truxelo does not reinvent an isolated driver app: it relies on a universe of digital solutions built close to the field, with carriers, to connect drivers to the operations cockpit.

How does e-CMR work with Truxelo?

e-CMR is the electronic version of the consignment note. With driver mobility powered by Drivers by B2P, missions can be sent to the driver, signatures collected from the driver app, then proofs and documents attached to the transport file in Truxelo. The file becomes more usable for control, archiving and invoicing.

Is e-CMR mandatory?

e-CMR is not presented as an immediate universal obligation for all carriers. Its main interest is operational: cut down on paper, collect proofs faster, reduce documentary disputes and bring invoicing closer to delivery. Usage may depend on transport type, customers and countries involved.

Which field proofs can flow back into Truxelo?

Based on the activated scope, Truxelo can centralize mission statuses, signatures, photos, reservations, BOL, e-CMR, quantities, seal numbers, returnable pallet tracking and other documents useful to the transport file.

Are proofs collected automatically into Truxelo?

Proofs can be attached to the transport file via flows configured with driver mobility. Collection depends on the activated scope, tools used and synchronization conditions. The goal is to limit rekeying and centralize items useful to operations and invoicing.

Invoicing & steering

How does Truxelo link proofs to the invoice?

Truxelo attaches missions, field proofs, documents and invoicing items in the transport file. Once the mission is complete and proofs are available, operations can control the file and prepare the invoice faster, without searching for documents in phones, emails or paper binders.

Does Truxelo support electronic invoicing?

Yes. Truxelo supports preparation for structured electronic invoicing, notably via Factur-X based on the activated scope. The logic is to bring together transport data, proofs, documents and the invoice to prepare more structured flows. Exact terms depend on scope, partners and accounting tools used.

Is Factur-X included in Truxelo?

Factur-X is part of the Pro Pack scope based on the activated scope. The Truxelo TMS core covers PDF invoicing and the transport file. The Pro Pack adds advanced functions such as pricing grids, fuel indexation, accounting exports and structured electronic invoicing based on scope.

Does Truxelo replace my accounting software?

No. Truxelo is not intended to replace your accounting software. Truxelo organizes the transport flow up to invoice preparation and associated data. Based on the activated scope, exports or connections can ease the handover to your accounting environment.

Does Truxelo track mission-related CO₂ emissions?

Truxelo can integrate an estimation and tracking of mission-related CO₂ emissions based on available data and the activated scope. The goal is to help carriers progressively meet customer demands and reporting needs, without presenting this as a guaranteed regulatory calculation.

Does Truxelo provide steering indicators?

Yes. Truxelo lets you follow indicators linked to transport activity, missions, files ready to invoice, documentary quality, vehicles, drivers or performance based on available data. Steering level depends on the activated scope and data quality.

Pricing & packs

How much does Truxelo cost?

The Truxelo TMS core starts from €20 per vehicle per month. Packs can complete the core based on your scope: Pro Pack and Driver Mobility Pack. A setup may apply based on the complexity of your organization, data and deployment.
