1. Object

These terms govern the subscription to and use of the Truxelo SaaS TMS platform, including the e-CMR & proofs modules, the digital cockpit and the electronic invoicing module (Factur-X compliant).

2. Subscription and pricing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Pricing per vehicle and per module is published on the pricing page. Activation of additional modules takes effect on the next billing cycle.

3. Obligations of the parties

Truxelo provides the service with reasonable diligence and applies industry-standard security measures. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, the management of its user accounts and compliance with applicable transport regulations.

4. Data and reversibility

Customer data remains the property of the customer. A full data export is available throughout the contract and during the 30-day reversibility window after termination. See the data security page for details.

5. Service availability

Truxelo monitors platform availability 24/7. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. Incidents are communicated through the customer support channels.

6. Term and termination

The subscription is concluded for the term selected at signature and renews tacitly unless terminated under the notice period defined in the French version of these terms.

7. Liability

Truxelo's aggregate liability under the contract is capped at the amounts effectively paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the event. Indirect damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
